"Let Every Heart Prepare A Home"
The Diocesan Altar Guild welcomes YOU- Altar Guild member or not! for a day of rest, fellowship, reflection and prayer as we each prepare our hearts to be a home where such a mighty guest may come.
What: The D.A.G.’s annual Quiet Day. Treat yourself to the gift of time in the midst of the holiday rush. A little quiet can go a long way to help us to look deeper than a Hallmark movie to find the transformative beauty of the seasons of Advent and Christmas.
Who: Altar Guild members and all who wish to attend.
When: Saturday, December 9, 2023 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Where: The Church of the Ascension 71 N. Village Ave., Rockville Center. (There is some parking available. LIRR Rockville Ctr. Station 1 block away. )
Cost: $20.00 for a catered box lunch (or you may “brown bag it”)
