Are you ready to make healthy lifestyle changes? Sleep2BWell/BWell4Life is a study sponsored by the Weill Cornell Meyer Cancer Center to find out if combining education about better sleep, diet and physical activity in adults leads to lower blood pressure, improved weight loss and improved blood tests that measure heart health. Anyone 20 years or older with either borderline or high blood pressure may participate. Study Participants will receive a FitBit and up to $225 for participating. There will be an information session on Saturday, January 25, 2025 @ 12 noon in which at the end you will be screened to become part of the study. Please scan the QR code to register.
