On Saturday April 22, the Diocese of Long Island held its first Diocesan Celebration of Earth Day at 11 AM in the Cathedral of the Incarnation. The event was sponsored by the Creation Care Community of the Diocese of Long Island and the Cathedral of the Incarnation. The Rev. Dr. Matthew Moore, Diocesan Missioner for Environmental Justice, preached and The Rt. Rev. Geralyn Wolf, Assistant Bishop of Long Island, presided.
