Staff Transition: Mary Grace Puszka accepts new role with Episcopal Divinity School

Mary Grace Puszka, who has served as Communications Manager with both Episcopal Ministries of Long Island (EMLI) and the Bishop’s Office, will soon embark on a new journey as the Communications Manager at Episcopal Divinity School (EDS). 

During her time at EMLI and the Bishop’s Office, Mary Grace played a pivotal role in launching new websites, crafting engaging social media strategies and content, designing eye-catching graphics, writing compelling articles, producing inspiring videos, and much more. Her exceptional work earned her several awards from Episcopal Communicators. 

Reflecting on her contributions, Mary Beth Welsh, Executive Director of EMLI, shared, "Mary Grace has been an enormous asset to EMLI. Her exceptional communication skills have greatly benefited both myself and the organization, and I am profoundly grateful for all she has done." 

Denise Fillion, Director of Communication, echoed these sentiments, saying, "While we will miss Mary Grace dearly, we are thrilled that her incredible talents will continue to shine and benefit the wider Episcopal Church in her new role at EDS. We wish her nothing but the best." 

Mary Grace began her work with EMLI and the Bishop’s Office in the spring of 2021; her last day is October 10.
