Following a truth-seeking pilgrimage to Ghana, the Rev. Christopher Ballard and the people of Trinity-St. John's Episcopal Church in Hewlett, have embarked on the "Adinkra Project", an exploration of Christian virtues in Asante wisdom. Through the project participants seeked to gain not only a deeper understanding of Adinkra symbols, but to be transformed by discovering new insights into their own identity.
