2024 Day of Discernment Registration Form

This registration form is to be completed by the Rector or Priest-in-Charge in conjunction with the aspirant. No aspirant may attend the Day of Discernment without his/her parish priest. Pre-registration is required. The aspirant and sponsoring clergy both must sign this form and return it by February 20 , 2024, to: Pamela Gravesande 36 Cathedral Avenue, Garden City, New York 11530 or pgravesande@dioceseli.org. This registration form, in no way, implies any status granted by the Bishop under Title III of the Canons of The Episcopal Church.
