Cynthia was born in Jamaica, West Indies, and has been an Episcopalian all her life. She is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Midwife, having trained in England.
At her parish St. John’s Episcopal Church in Springfield Gardens, Queens, she has served in various roles, including as Warden and in several ministries.
Currently, she is the ECW Treasurer and the Chairperson for the Book of Remembrance. Cynthia resides in Nassau County and enjoys gardening and traveling in her free time.
