Mary Beth Welsh has served Episcopal Ministries of Long Island as Executive Director since 2015 and was EMLI's Director of Resource Development from 2013-2015. In this role, Mary Beth provides financial, programmatic, and operational oversight of the organization which strengthens and expands the community outreach and social justice work of the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island.
Mary Beth is an experienced non-profit management professional with expertise in development, community relations, marketing, and volunteer management. Her strengths include cultivating relationships to build collaborations, leveraging resources, public-speaking, and her keen ability to work with all levels of an organization and with diverse constituents.
She also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of RotaCare NY. The mission of RotaCare is to facilitate free health care for the relief of pain and suffering to those who have the most need and the least access to medical care.
