
Merrick K. Williams is a parishioner at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. He formerly served on both The Racial Justice & Reconciliation Commission and The Reparations Committee. During his term on The Reparations Committee, a sub-committee of the Diocesan Council, he advocated for the naming of The Barbara C. Harris Scholars Program for Truth and Reparations, as well the formation of the Juneteenth Jubilee at The Cathedral of the Incarnation. He’s also a member of The Poor People’s Campaign. In his younger and more restless years, he began his formation at St. Mark’s Day School in Brooklyn, NY, and Camp DeWolfe on Long Island. Williams is the inaugural recipient of The Church Club of New York’s Young Adult of the Year Award for Service Recognition.
